Your role


You work closely with our clients' management level, identifying core goals and initiatives that align with their company's vision. Yourprimary goal is to cocreate and drive your clients' sales and marketing efforts, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and brand visibility. Your strategic thinking, creative skills and analytical insight are invaluable here.



  • Customer Segmentation: Define and segment customer target groups based on demographics, behaviors and buying preferences. Create personalized sales and marketing initiatives to effectively engage customer segments.

  • Stakeholder interviews: In-depth interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather strategic insights and translate them into commercial strategies.- Strategic planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Collaborate with teams to ensure efforts are aligned with business objectives.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats. Use data to refine strategies and support decision-making.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales team to develop goals and action plans. Challenge and inspire marketing teams in developing campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Assist in creating OKRs to measure and align the effectiveness of efforts with business strategy.

Desired profile:


  • Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, economics or a related field.

  • Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools.

  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
