Recomanels engaged Holmes & Watson to go from fragmented brands and separate insights to one sharp course. We started with customer surveys & NPS and stakeholder interviews, translated this into a clear company DNA and brand story, chose one company brand + product brands, and activated this with a strategic marketing plan and digital foundations (ERP/CRM project management).
